It is assigned to the family CentOS Local Security Checks. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 12259 (PHP Prior to 5.2.1/4.4.5 Multiple Vulnerabilities).

Upgrading to version 5.2.1 eliminates this vulnerability.
